Younique Aesthetics are proud to offer a service in Weight Management Clinic for our patients in line with a national effort to address the health implications caused by individual weight management issues. Patients will have a comprehensive consultation, assessment, and medical history prior to commencing on this programme. Throughout your weight loss journey you have access to the medical team within Younique Aesthetics and in particular with our Lead Nurse for our Weight Management Clinic, Emma Ross.
Consultation will include a full medical history and assessment for suitability for commencement on this programme. Participation on this programme consists of a self-administered injectable prescription medication (this will be explained fully during the consultation process). This medication is FDA-approved and licensed for use in weight management.
From your first consultation, you will talk with our medical nurse Emma, who will discuss you and your lifestyle, to determine the best weight loss programme for you. Based on your goals, Emma will recommend the programme they think will ensure you reach the aims you came to us to achieve.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This medication will control your appetite and curb cravings resulting in reduced calorie intake and therefore released fat and weight loss. Alongside a healthy diet, this medication can give help achieve weight loss goals and to create healthy long-lasting habits and results.
Weekly review appointments are offered in-clinic or via telephone/video consultation.
Alongside your prescription medication, our nurse Emma will talk you through a weight loss diet and exercise plan to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. You will also be given a food diary to help you plan your new meals, whilst recording your food and exercise patterns each week.
