Business Development Executive

Applications are welcomed for a Business Development Executive.  You will be in the driving seat for sourcing, generating and building new business and custom for Younique Aesthetics.  This means you are responsible for identifying sales leads, sourcing new opportunities and potential clients. 

Responsibilities include:
  • researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
  • contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person
  • working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
  • keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
  • holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
  • communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.

Weekend Receptionist - (Belfast) 

    Applications are welcomed for a Saturday Receptionist.  We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House receptionist to work as part of our thriving team.

    Duties
    • Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly
    • Ensure the Reception desk is staffed at all times
    • Greet visitors on arrival
    • Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to their own devices
    • Communicating clearly and effectively with all customers
    • Talk to customers to build rapport and find out what assistance or information is required
    • Guide visitors to the appropriate areas, offering refreshments and facilities
    • Ensure the refreshment area is kept fully stocked at all times
    • Contact relevant person and introduce them to the customer to help build rapport
    • Undertaking clerical and administrative duties as and when required
    • Manage and coordinate the clinic environment and ambience, e.g. music and general tidiness
    • Ensure all sales offices are kept tidy, stocked with the correct paperwork and fully functional at all times
    • Ensure the safety and security of people, reporting any known faults or hazards to the appropriate person
    Person Specification
    • Previous experience in a similar role preferable
    • Excellent customer service
    • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness
    • Be clearly spoken, warm, empathetic and friendly with an approachable and professional manner
    • Able to use Microsoft Office packages and experience with booking systems
    • Flexible approach to work
