The treatment involves the practitioner moving one of the Legacy's four applicator heads across the target area. There is a mild sensation of heat (which is adjustable to the patient's comfort) and in some treatments a gentle rhythmic vacuum suction is employed. The affected areas are usually reddened for a short period after the treatment, but no part of the treatment is painful, so you can return to your daily schedule immediately afterwards.
