Rachael is a qualified Children’s Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with over four years’ experience in aesthetic medicine. She completed the V300 postgraduate course at Salford University and has undertaken advanced training and specialised masterclasses to continually refine her skills and techniques, delivering expert, patient-focused care.

Gayle Flynn

Nurse Practitioner

Gayle is a qualified psychiatric nurse since 2018 and has spent the past four years working as an aesthetics nurse practitioner within the Younique Aesthetics team. She recently completed her PGDipAES and specialises in PDO thread lifting and collagen synthesis. Gayle is passionate about creating subtle, natural enhancements that elevate her patients’ confidence and make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.

Aileen Wilson

Senior Skin Therapist

Aileen began her training with the Younique Academy in 2004 and has since worked across the Younique Salon and Younique MediSpa. Specialising in the treatment of skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, pigmentation, ageing, and full-face rejuvenation, Aileen offers a highly skilled and results-driven approach. As the clinic’s Obagi Ambassador, she is extensively trained and experienced in Obagi Medical, ZO Skin Health, and SkinCeuticals. Her focus is to help every client feel more confident and comfortable in the skin they’re in.

Sandra Brady

Skin Therapist

Sandra joined Younique in 2006 and has developed a deep passion and expertise in all aspects of skincare. She is qualified in IPL/Laser, skin peels, holistic massage, and Indian head massage, and has extensive knowledge of medical-grade skincare. In the clinic, Sandra provides treatments including skin peels, microneedling and BT Plasma.

Karolina Garbiec

Skin Therapist

Karolina is an experienced skin specialist with a passion for helping clients feel more confident in their skin. She completed her training with Younique College, specialising in laser hair removal, IPL, and a wide range of skincare treatments. Karolina combines her expert knowledge with a genuine dedication to empowering clients, whether addressing ageing, managing hormonal changes, or enhancing natural beauty.

Since then, she has continued to invest in her professional development through numerous advanced and masterclass courses, ensuring her skills remain at the forefront of the aesthetics industry.

Carla has over 15 years of experience in the skincare industry, including six years in esteemed skin clinics across London and two years working on cruise ships, treating a wide range of skin concerns. For the past five years, she has been a valued member of the Younique Aesthetics team, where she is passionate about her work and dedicated to building lasting relationships with her clients.

Paula joined Younique Aesthetics in 2021 with over 20 years of international experience in the aesthetics industry. Highly trained in advanced techniques, she is committed to staying at the forefront of skincare innovation and recently completed the SkinCeuticals Master Aesthetician Programme. Passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin, Paula looks forward to welcoming you for a consultation and guiding you toward healthier, glowing skin.
